Sent To Google on the 14.06.07 in respect of their unsubstantiated and wholly incorrect claims that this domain has any connection with malicious software. 

 

With reference to the above domain this is incorrectly being blocked by
Google as "badware". As far as I am aware this has never been the case and I
would like to see any evidence that Google has in this respect.

To continue to incorrectly label this domain in this way without any
evidence to support this claim is personally damaging to my reputation, and
significantly devalues this domain financially.

The history of the domain is that it has been in my ownership for a number
of years and was an anti virus site and listed in google as such,this
operated for a number of years until I decided to close the site. At the
time I decided to do this the site had stopped working properly due to a
corruption of the postnuke CMS used to run it. Soon after I replaced the
site with the holding page that is there today and has been for 6 months.

Please could you answer the following:

1. If this site contains alleged "Badware" then why are the other sites I
operate in the same server not blocked?

2. I would to see the evidence that Google has to support it's claim.

3. I would like to see this site unblocked asap.

4. I would like to learn what level of compensation Google will be paying in
respect of their wholly inaccurate claim.
